My name is Sophie and I am a Swansea Falcons Program Director. 
I enjoy coaching the younger athletes on the team and watching them grow and develop into strong, confident little people and learn skills they will use for the rest of their lives.  I have competed on our Level 3 team and our Senior Pom dance team alongside being a member of the level 4 Welsh adaptive abilities Coalition Team.
In 2019 I was part of the national cheerleading team who competed at the world championships in Florida as part of the Welsh Adaptive Abilities Unified team. It was a huge honour to represent my country in my sport and we came home as a silver world champions. Becoming a Swansea Falcon has opened up so many doors and opportunities for me and I hope to provide my athletes some of the unforgettable experiences that Swansea Falcons has provided for me.
